# Access logs

> Review current and historical access history across all roles in all applications.

Access logs provide a complete history of user access provisioned through access management. You can review logs in the app or export them for auditing. Review access at the team or role level.

## Role-only access logs

1. Navigate to **Applications** > select the relevant application > Select the role > Click the **Request Logs** tab.
2. To download as a CSV, click the **Download** button.

The logs show all users who have been provisioned access to the role, including both current and historical access.

## All access logs across teams

* Navigate to **Analytics** > **Tickets** > click the **Download** button.
* Both the tickets and access logs download as a CSV with the following columns: Ticket ID, Ticket Number, Team, Ticket Name, Description, Created At, Completed At, Escalated At, Created By, Assigned To, Status, Escalation Level, Priority, SLA Started At, SLA Breaches At, Labels, Workflow Calls, AI Feedback.
