Access logs provide a complete history of user access provisioned through access management. You can review logs in the app or export them for auditing. Review access at the team or role level. <add use case that dana described >

Role-only access logs

  1. Navigate to Applications > select the relevant application > Select the role > Click the Request Logs tab.
  2. To download as a CSV, click the Download button.
The logs show all users who have been provisioned access to the role, including both current and historical access.

  • Navigate to Analytics > Tickets > click the Download button.
  • Both the tickets and access logs download as a CSV with the following columns: Ticket ID, Ticket Number, Team, Ticket Name, Description, Created At, Completed At, Escalated At, Created By, Assigned To, Status, Escalation Level, Priority, SLA Started At, SLA Breaches At, Labels, Workflow Calls, AI Feedback.
